What do you do at Home Property Lawyers?

I am a Conveyancing Executive.

My experience includes all legal aspects of residential property, both sales and purchases of all types of Freehold and Leasehold Property

I am experienced in dealing with registered and unregistered land, including voluntary registration of land and adverse possession applications.

I can also advise on new-build properties and the Government’s Help to Buy Scheme, including Help to Buy ISAs.

I am currently studying to become a Licensed Conveyancer.

What’s your career background?

I started my career as an office junior in a small firm and joined the Family Department as a Legal Secretary. Within this role I dealt with Conveyancing matters also.  I joined Langleys as an Assistant in June 2009 and progressed to a Conveyancing Executive a few years later. I left Langleys briefly in the summer of 2015 and re-joined Home Property Lawyers in February 2016.

Why conveyancing?

No two days or clients are the same.  Every day brings something different and a new challenge.

What do you love about working at Home Property Lawyers?

The Team that I work with closely are friendly and supportive.

What makes your house a home?

When I come home from work to my husband and dog and the wood burner is lit.
