What do you do at Home Property Lawyers?

I am a Conveyancing executive. I have over 15 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.

My experience includes all legal aspects of residential property, both sales and purchases of all types of freehold and leasehold property.

I am experienced in dealing with registered and unregistered land, including voluntary registration of land and adverse possession applications. I can also advise on new-build properties and the Government's Help to Buy scheme, including Help to Buy ISAs.

What’s your career background?

I started out as a legal secretary in my previous jobs doing different areas of law i.e matrimonial, child care, personal injury, and then Conveyancing. Whilst working as a secretary for a busy conveyancer. I took over more of a role as assistant and started dealing with more aspects of conveyancing than a secretary would.

Why conveyancing?

Whilst working as a secretary for a busy conveyancer I took over more of a role as assistant and started dealing with more aspects of conveyancing than a secretary would. I then progressed to having my own files and stayed with Conveyancing from then as I enjoyed the job .
